Originally from Colombia, my tattoo journey began in the rich, vibrant culture of South America before I brought my artistry to Orlando, Florida. I have now made the exciting transition to join the talented team here at Got Ink Tattoos. Over the years, I have built a strong foundation in the craft, adapting my skills to a diverse range of clients and constantly evolving my approach to body art.
My style is deeply influenced by my roots, but I pride myself on being a highly versatile artist. As a proud local artist originally from Davie, Florida, I’ve spent my life deeply rooted in the South Florida tattoo scene. Growing up surrounded by the diverse art and culture of the area, I naturally gravitated toward tattooing as a way to express my creativity. I’ve dedicated myself to honing my craft right here in my home state, building a reputation for clean, intentional, and impactful body art.
My style leans into a dynamic approach think striking black and gray, crisp traditional elements, and highly detailed custom designs. I learned early on that being versatile is key to succeeding in this industry, so whether you’re looking for a fine line piece, an small detailed tattoo, or a complete cover-up, I keep my skill set sharp across the board. With 25 years of tattooing experience and 18 years of professional piercing experience, I bring an old school, versatile approach to body art. Originally from Rochester, New York, I began my tattoo journey there and have since tattooed clients in Miami, San Francisco, Chicago, and Arizona.
My style is all-encompassing I learned every technique to make a living, and I continue to keep that diverse skill set sharp. Whether it’s bold traditional work, fine detail, realism, black and gray, color, cover ups, or custom designs, my goal is always to create artwork that fits each client’s vision.
In addition to tattooing, I’ve been providing professional body piercing services for 18 years, giving clients the same attention to safety, precision, and quality. Can I Get a Tattoo or Piercing as a Walk In?
Yes, our shop accept walk ins daily, for tattoos or piercings. However, walk-in availability is always subject to the artists’ schedules and how busy the shop is on that particular day. For the best chance of being seen as a walk in, it is recommended to arrive early in the day.
Do I Need to be Over 18 To Get a Tattoo or a Piercing?
In the state of Florida, you must be 18 or older to get a tattoo, even with parental consent. There are no exceptions to this rule. For piercings, minors under 18 can be pierced, but they must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a consent form. (Please note that even with parental consent, Florida law prohibits minors from getting genital or nipple piercings).
Do I Need ID to Get a Tattoo or Piercing?
Yes, a valid, government-issued photo ID is strictly required for everyone, regardless of age. Acceptable forms of ID include a state driver’s license, a state-issued ID card, a passport, or a military ID. If you are a minor getting a piercing, both you and your parent/guardian must present valid IDs, and you will likely need to provide a birth certificate or court documentation to prove your legal relationship.
Do you Offer Aftercare for Tattoos and Piercings?
Yes. We provide you with detailed verbal and written aftercare instructions before you leave. Our studio also carry high quality, industry standard aftercare products (like healing balms, tattoo soaps, or sterile saline sprays) that you can purchase directly at our shop. Your artist or piercer will always explain exactly how to clean and care for your new modification to ensure it heals properly.
Do I Need an Appointment to Get a Tattoo or Piercing?
It depends on the service you are looking for. You don’t need an appointment for quick walk in services (like a small tattoo, single needle lines, or basic ear lobes). However, if you are looking for a custom tattoo design, a large-scale piece, or want to work with a specific artist, an appointment and a non-refundable deposit are required. For piercings, it is always a good idea to call ahead to confirm they have the specific jewelry you want in stock. We have a large jewelry selection at our shop so you welcome to visit us and check it.
