By accessing or using Got Ink? Tattoo Parlour’s website and services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide professional tattoo artistry and body piercing. Services are subject to availability and artist discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

3. Appointments

A non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Cancellations require 48-hour notice. Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled appointments.

4. Health & Safety

We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. All equipment is single-use or sterilized via autoclave. Disclose all medical conditions and medications before your appointment.

We refuse service to anyone under the influence or posing a safety risk.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old. Valid government-issued photo ID is required. No exceptions.

6. Artwork Rights

Artwork is the intellectual property of our artists. We may photograph completed work for portfolio use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary.

8. Liability

Got Ink? Tattoo Parlour and its artists are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including allergic reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction with results.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance.
